Alexander Wolf provides advisory services primarily to companies in all matters relating to corporate law, including both transactions and financing as well as in day-to-day business and management issues. His clients include private limited companies and limited partnerships as well as stock corporations. Moreover, Alexander Wolf has longstanding expertise in the energy sector. Special attention is given here to the structuring of funds in the area of renewable energy. Alexander Wolf also has special expertise in the media industry as well as in the harbour and transport sectors.
