As a consultant and litigator, Dr Skrzepski advises small and medium-sized companies and private individuals. His main focus is on company and commercial law, in addition to individual and collective labour law. He has particular industry expertise in the media industry, harbour logistics and the strategic planning and long-term support of HR departments, in the dispatch and distribution sectors (chains) as well as in the automotive sector.

His legal advice is valued by both employers and Executive Managers, senior staff, Directors, and members of the Executive Board, in particular regarding drafting and terminating employment contracts and contracts for work.


  • Studied and completed his law degree in Greifswald, supplemented by semesters abroad in both Graz, Austria and Sheffield, England.
  • Trained in Hamburg and London, among others, at international corporate law firms and in a renowned commercial company.
